Safely and effectively remove all forms and quantities asbestos materials from properties, buildings and structures, ensuring compliance with all regulations and minimising risk to health and the environment. This includes the use of a fully contained working enclosure being constructed, subjected to negative pressure measured at -5pa to achieve a minimum
of x8 air complete air changes per hour. Strict removal procedures are involved, as are the bagging and disposal of asbestos, and also the decontamination phase of works.Conduct comprehensive surveys to identify and assess the presence of asbestos, followed by the development of management plans tailored to ensure safety, minimise exposure and prioritise specific actions.

Expertly remove lead-based paint from residential, commercial and industrial properties and structures, employing safe practices for the prevention of lead exposure and contamination.
Thoroughly remove and safely dispose of pigeon droppings, accompanied by treatment solutions to eliminate health hazards, and acute measures for prevention of further
contamination by means of netting, deterrent & containment.Conduct detailed removal of rodent droppings and contaminants, followed by thorough cleaning and sanitisation procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Carry out non-structural demolition and interior strip-out services, removing partitions, fixtures, and fittings to prepare spaces for renovation or redevelopment.
Provide comprehensive mechanical and electrical (M&E) decommissioning and dismantling services, ensuring safe removal and disposal of outdated systems and infrastructure.
